Welcome to the Intueor ADKAR Application. This application is designed to help you assess individual change readiness for your business.

• Use the navigation bar on the left to access Projects and Surveys.

Projects

• View the list of projects.
• Create a new project.
• View project-level dashboards and group-level dashboards to review survey results.
• Export results to Excel.

Surveys

• Create a fresh survey.
• View/Delete surveys on this page.
• Copy survey link to send out to client.
• Build a new survey using an existing survey as a template.
• Import a survey from Excel.

Please ensure you follow these guidelines carefully to get the most out of the tool.
